  1. Assessment

    30 minutes, no commitment. We listen to what you have, what breaks and what is urgent — before proposing anything.

  2. Proposal

    Scope, service levels and cost, in writing. We go through all of it with you before there is any commitment.

  3. Transition

    We survey and document the estate: hardware, accounts, licences and access. That documentation is yours, whoever your provider is tomorrow.

  4. Continuous operation

    Ongoing support from the same technical team, with a record of what was done, backup status and recommendations.

Switching does not have to be a leap in the dark. We survey your infrastructure with or without the incumbent's cooperation, and both can run in parallel during the transition — nothing is switched off before it works on our side.
